A few years ago, spelt began to increase in popularity again, not only in Europe, but in America as well. It turned out that spelt has a lot of advantages:

- Spelt contains an ideal combination of carbohydrates, fats, protein and dietary fibre
- Spelt has a very high percentage of protein! It even contains traces of all essential amino acids
- Spelt has a very pleasant, mild-aromatic, slightly nutty taste
- Spelt is loved by young and old alike
